1. Partnership Agreement
A written agreement defining the rights, duties, and obligations of each partner including profit-sharing ratios.
2. Partner Details
Minimum 2 partners required. Provide full names, ID numbers, addresses, and contact information.
3. Proposed LLP Name
Choose a unique name ending with “LLP” or “Limited Liability Partnership”. We conduct name search.
4. Registered Office
A physical address in Kenya where official documents and correspondence will be received.
5. Designated Partners
At least 2 designated partners responsible for compliance and regulatory filings.
6.Identification Documents
Copies of ID or passport for all partners plus passport photos for filing requirements.
